How we work
Want to get into lettings?
Our lettings team works a little differently from a conventional estate agency. Every one of our letting agents is both a negotiator and a property manager, giving them responsibility for the whole journey.
That means speaking with landlords and applicants, carrying out viewings, negotiating deals and progressing tenancies, then continuing to look after the property once the tenant moves in — from inspections and rent matters to maintenance and day-to-day management.
We believe this makes our agents more capable, more knowledgeable and more closely aligned with our clients. You do not simply agree a tenancy and hand it over to somebody else; you see the results of your decisions and remain involved throughout.
It might sound like a lot to learn, but we do not expect you to know it all on day one. We'll train you at your own pace, building your knowledge and responsibility as you develop. In return, you'll gain experience across virtually every aspect of residential lettings.
